Stanje: novo, Leto izdelave: 2025, Flow wrapper for high-speed packaging of smaller products in longitudinal seam pillow bags. The flowpack packaging machine is suitable for packing single or multiple, dry, uniform, or irregularly shaped products. A dedicated feeding system is positioned upstream of the flow wrapper. The sorting and in-line feeding of products to the carrier lugs (flow wrapper infeed table) is managed by six side belts driven by servo motors. As a result, products do not need to be placed individually by hand, providing a significant production advantage and greatly enhancing the cost-effectiveness of the flow wrapper. AMTEC’s flowpack packaging machine is optimally adapted to bag length with regard to the rotating knives and their diameter, delivering speed optimization as a result. – Specifications: Suitable product dimensions: L(depending on bag length)xW(15-60)xH(5-30)mm; Bag dimensions: L(50-65)xW(15-60)xH(5-30)mm; Number of rotary knives: 5 units; max. machine cycle rate (idle): 1000 cycles/minute; Film type: BOPP/OPP (transparent, printed or laminated); Power: 380V, 9.5kW; Machine dimensions: L9734xW1110xH1924mm; Weight: 3500kg.
