Complete version of the vertical packaging system with auger dosing unit, screw conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packing powdery products with either high or low flow properties. The vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packaging machine is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operation panel, available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, dual transport function possible, air extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing—does not create a vacuum), holding device for heavy finished bags, euro hole punching unit, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may incur a surcharge). - Specifications of the VFFS packaging machine: Filling range: 150-1200 ml; film width: max. 420 mm; bag size min-max: L (60-300) x W (60-200) mm; maximum machine cycle speed in idle mode: 50 cycles/minute; stainless steel 304; 220 V, 2.2 kW; 6 bar, 0.3 m³/min; packaging machine dimensions: LxWxH: approx. 1080x1300x1400 mm; weight: 500 kg. - Specifications for the auger dosing unit: Filling capacity of up to 50 l (hopper); filling range: 10-300 g; maximum machine cycle speed in idle mode: 60 cycles/min; accuracy: ±0.3~1.5% (depending on product); 380 V, 1 kW; dosing unit dimensions LxWxH: 510x585x930 mm; weight: 100 kg. Total dimensions depend accordingly. Conveyor length: 3~4 m; stainless steel 304; conveyor speed: 3.0 m³/h - 12.0 m³/h; 380 V, 0.8 kW-4.1 kW; weight: 130 kg – 270 kg. Specification deviations are possible. Support bar available optionally. The discharge conveyor features a stainless steel frame. - Specifications: Conveyor speed: 30 m/min; 220 V, 0.55 kW; dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1850x550x1230 mm; weight: 80 kg. Dimensions of the complete system: approx. L2280xW3100xH2330 mm, depending on final configuration. As a rule, the system must be adapted to customer/product-specific requirements. Therefore, deviations from the module and machine specifications given may occur.
