Flow wrapper for high-speed packaging of small products in longitudinally sealed flow packs. The flow pack packaging machine is suitable for packing single or multiple, dry, uniform, or irregularly shaped products. A special feeding system is installed upstream of the flow wrapper. Sorting and feeding of products in-line to the carriers (flow wrapper infeed table) is handled by the six servo-driven side conveyor belts. This eliminates the need for manual single product loading, offering a significant production advantage and contributing to the overall efficiency of the flow wrapper. AMTEC’s flow pack packaging machine features rotary knives perfectly matched in diameter to the bag length, resulting in optimized processing speed.
