Flow wrapper for high-speed packaging of smaller products in longitudinal seam pillow bags. The flow pack packaging machine is suitable for packaging single or multiple, dry, uniform, or non-uniform products. A special infeed system is positioned upstream of the flow wrapper. Sorting and inline feeding of the products onto the carrier lugs (flow wrapper infeed table) is handled by the six servo-driven side belts. As a result, products do not need to be placed individually by hand, which offers a significant production advantage and greatly enhances the efficiency of the flow wrapper. AMTEC’s flow pack packaging machine is precisely coordinated with respect to the rotary knives and their diameter, perfectly matching the bag length and optimizing speed as a result.
