The following rates apply: Service technician/mechatronics engineer per assembly and travel hour: €129.00 Overtime: 25% surcharge Each Saturday/night hour: 50% surcharge Each Sunday/public holiday hour: 100% surcharge Daily allowance per technician: depending on country Per car/van and distance kilometer: €0.98/km Travel and accommodation will be invoiced on an actual cost basis or as a flat rate at the buyer’s expense. Material testing with customer-provided material (by arrangement, up to max. 750 kg) – €1,970 net flat rate ---- Raw material requirements: - Moisture content (atro) must be between a minimum of 6% and a maximum of 18% - Maximum chip length: 20 mm - Ambient temperature: heated room with at least +5°C - Material must be free of metals and mineral contaminants. Damage to press tools and/or increased wear may otherwise occur.
