Opis
The LAS 28 XLe laser marking system from Systemtechnik Hölzer GmbH is a universally applicable, high-performance marking solution designed for industrial applications. It is suitable for precise and permanent marking of a wide range of materials including metals such as steel, aluminum, and hard metals, as well as plastics. The integration of a fiber laser ensures high marking quality while keeping maintenance requirements to a minimum.
The system can be configured with fiber lasers in power classes of 20 W, 30 W, or 50 W, enabling optimal adaptation to different requirements concerning material type, marking depth, and cycle time. In many industrial sectors, the use of this technology is indispensable due to the durability and abrasion resistance of the markings.

The included laser software allows the creation and positioning of content such as texts, numbering, 2D codes (e.g., DataMatrix), QR codes, and logos. Automatic serialization logic enables the generation of consecutive serial numbers without manual intervention. Additionally, the software supports importing and processing of external data sources (e.g., Excel spreadsheets) for variable contents like drawing numbers or project names. Integration of a hand scanner for data capture is optionally available.
By default, the LAS 28 XLe is delivered with an integrated industrial PC (Windows-based) and fully installed laser software. Various options are available to expand its functionality, including a rotary axis (3-jaw chuck) for marking cylindrical components, side arms for processing long parts, a motorized Z-axis, and modular drawer systems for part feeding.
