Our Granulator MVZ 7.5 is suitable for shredding thin-walled plastic parts or for the secondary size reduction of wood chips. More details can be provided after testing with your material.

Our granulators are used for size reduction of a wide range of materials, such as plastics or wood. Shredders and granulators are suitable for a variety of shredding tasks.

For example, in injection molding machines, scrap parts and sprues are produced that need to be recycled. In blow molding machines, along with scrap parts, trim waste or start-up parisons must be processed. Materials such as PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, canisters or buckets, and pipes from blow molding can be processed.

Material is fed from above via a hopper into the grinding chamber of the granulator. The internal rotor is equipped with knives. The material is shredded between the rotating knives and the stationary knives mounted in the grinding chamber housing until it passes, as defined regrind, through the screen located below the rotor. *Option: The ground material is usually pneumatically conveyed to big bags, silos, or other containers.
