Our Granulator MVZ 7.5 is suitable for shredding thin-walled plastic parts and for size reduction of wood chips. Further details available after testing with your material.

Our granulators are used for processing a wide range of materials, such as plastics or wood. Shredders and granulators are suited for numerous size reduction applications.

For example, defective parts and sprues from injection molding machines that need to be recycled. At the blow molding machine, in addition to defective parts, flash and start-up waste from hoses are processed. Materials such as blow-molded PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, canisters or buckets, and pipes can be processed.

The material is fed from above via a hopper into the granulation chamber. The rotor inside is equipped with cutting blades. Material is shredded between the rotating blades and the stationary knives mounted in the chamber housing until it falls through the screen located below the rotor as defined regrind. *Option: The regrind is usually conveyed pneumatically into big bags, silos, or other containers.
