Special-purpose machine for plastic shredding

Ideally suited for shredding:
- Paper, cardboard, pipes, profiles, crates, canisters, buckets, cans, sections of wooden pallets, etc.
- Medium-hard thermoplastics such as PVC, PP, PE, PS, PU, PET

Includes:
- Special rotor with embedded knives (reduced load intake)
- Minimal cutting gap between rotor and counter-knives

Material pieces should not exceed approx. 500x500 mm (height less relevant)

For plastics, coarser screens (30-40 mm) are recommended.
*If finer shredding is required, a two-stage process with downstream Granulator Type MVZ (screens 5-15 mm) is advised.

Raw material requirements:
- Moisture content (atro) must be below 25%
- Metals and mineral contaminants such as sand, stones, etc., cause increased wear.
