mütek bale presses/packaging machines are designed for the production of bales from a variety of materials such as chopped miscanthus or elephant grass, wood shavings, sawdust and chopped straw. The machines are characterized by a robust design, ensuring consistent quality during continuous operation.
The bale press compacts the material loaded into the buffer tank without binder additives by means of hydraulic pressure, and packs the material into plastic bags. The material volume can be greatly reduced with the bale press. The volume reduction ratio depends on the material. The maximum moisture content must not exceed 18% air-dried (ATRO).
The buffer tank of the mütek bale press can be loaded automatically or manually and has a volume of approx. 0.7 m³. Tanks with a larger volume or with integrated extraction and filter units as complete disposal systems are also available. Besides automatic loading via dust extractors, mütek also offers loading by screw conveyors. Both variants can be equipped with automatic dedusting.
mütek bale presses are equipped with a switch cabinet for control.
In the standard version, bale dimensions (W x D x H) are 400 x 400 x 800 mm. Height can be customized upon request.
