Now also with semi-automatic positioning of vertical
press cylinders 1, 2, and 3 via a consent push button,
including ON/OFF selector switch for beam 2

With automatic pressing cycle + manual control
for jointing mortise and tenon as well as dowel joints/formed tenon,
switchable via selector switch at the control cabinet.
With standard equipment for optional use of counter profiles, if sashes
are rebated on the loose part.

Basic machine in heavy-duty welded frame construction,
with thick-walled special hollow profiles.
Guide rails for pressure beams in the press corners
are made with abrasion-resistant finishing.

Quick, smooth manual width adjustment
thanks to ball-bearing carriage, clamping in 50 mm
hole pattern, optional motorized width adjustment with
hydraulic clamping (at extra charge).

Height adjustment and pressing via long-stroke cylinders
in a single operation. Press corners on the right-hand side
with integrated horizontal cylinders, eliminating the need for
vertical positioning of the horizontal pressure cylinders,
thus preventing cylinder collisions.
Bottom pressure support is adjustable to the most favorable infeed height in multiple positions.
