CNC Milling Plotter 1012 SPECIAL is a precision machine engineered in Poland, designed for machining a wide array of engineering materials such as wood, wood-based products (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon fiber, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is constructed entirely from high-quality steel. During the manufacturing process, all components undergo specialized heat treatment.

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our machining center is 1000 x 1200 mm.

Z-AXIS RANGE & GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm, with the option to increase it up to 400 mm.

DRIVES:
Our machines are equipped with high-resolution, high-power digital motors, ensuring optimal acceleration and speed in all axes. The X and Y axes utilize robust and proven helical racks, offering high durability and precision, while the Z axis is driven by a high-grade ball screw. All axes move on linear guideways.

SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is driven by a powerful, liquid-cooled, high-end brushless spindle. The spindle features top-quality machine bearings, ensuring very quiet operation and above-average service life. Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. The spindle is powered by an inverter with higher output than the spindle itself, preventing speed drops under heavy load.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is supplied with the latest version of dedicated CAD/CAM software. The software offers fast and easy part designing, which is automatically converted to G-code. Import of ready-made files from other programs is also supported.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
Machine operation is managed via a controller with its own processor and onboard memory for stable and reliable performance. The controller features active vector analysis for smooth machine motion and minimal machining error. There is also a resume function after a power loss, removing the need to restart the program. The built-in memory allows the machine to run independently without constantly reloading the program.
