CNC Milling Plotter 2030 SPECIAL is a precision machine engineered and manufactured in Poland, designed for processing a wide range of engineering materials, including wood, wood-based boards (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is constructed entirely from high-quality steel. During production, all components undergo specialized heat treatment processes.

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our machining center is 2100 x 3100 [mm]. It is possible to produce a machine with custom working dimensions on request.

Z-AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm, with the option to increase to 400 mm.

DRIVES:
Our machines are equipped with high-resolution, high-power digital motors, ensuring optimal acceleration and speeds in all axes. The X and Y axes utilize proven helical racks for maximum durability and precision, while the Z-axis drive employs a high-grade ball screw.

SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is driven by a robust, water-cooled, high-end brushless spindle. Its bearing assembly features top quality machine bearings for quiet operation and above-average service life. The spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM.

SOFTWARE:
The machine comes equipped with user-friendly, latest-version CAD/CAM software.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
Operation is managed via a controller with its own processor and RAM, providing stable and reliable machine performance. The controller supports auto-resume after power outages, eliminating the need to restart programs from scratch.

VACUUM TABLE:
The table is manufactured using raster technology. With flexible sectional zoning via sealing tape, any area of the table can be isolated for clamping, allowing you to adapt the workspace to the size and shape of the workpiece. A properly matched vacuum pump ensures uniform material hold-down across the entire table.

6-POSITION LINEAR TOOL MAGAZINE:
The linear tool changer enables automatic, multi-tool machining processes, improving job speed and accuracy, while reducing operator error. By default, our machines are equipped with a 6-position magazine, with options to expand up to 16 positions.

OSCILLATING KNIFE:
The oscillating knife is a modern toolhead mounted on CNC machines, dedicated to cutting low-density materials. The blade moves up and down in an oscillating motion to cut the workpiece, making it ideal for processing thick, soft materials such as FOAM, magnetic sheets, corrugated cardboard, and textiles.
