DESCRIPTION

DM100 Z2C - Performs edge rounding and removes sharp burrs on both the inner and outer edges of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum parts after laser, shear, or punch separation of metal parts, from sizes of 50 x 50 mm up to 1100 x 100 mm.

The first station processes the products with a contact roller (approx. 55° Shore) using an abrasive belt, removing heavy burrs in the initial step.

The second station processes the products with two pairs of counter-rotating cross belts—from above and below. The cross belts round both the inner and outer edges of the parts to be processed.

A major advantage is the deburring of products with protective surface film, as only the edges are processed without damaging the film.
