✅The Multi-Treat spray pretreatment machine is used for surface treatment of materials to be painted. Depending on the process, it enables handling up to 8 different chemicals with a variable number of tanks. All tanks are made from 316 stainless steel and are insulated. The number of tanks and heated tanks is determined according to your process requirements.

✅Tank heating is provided via gas heat exchangers. All processes can be monitored and both time and temperature for each stage can be set via the PLC touchscreen.

✅Any faults that occur in the system can be tracked via the control panel. Automatic float switches are installed in each tank; if the water or chemical level is too low, the system automatically stops and replenishes fluid by transferring between tanks, ensuring safe operation.

✅A drip tray is installed under all tanks, manufactured from 316 stainless steel. The tanks are made of 2 mm thick 316 stainless steel. The material is penetration-tested and the tanks are argon-welded and sealed. Grates in the tanks prevent debris from reaching the pumps. The interior of the cabin is made from 304 stainless steel sandwich panels, while the exterior is powder-coated sheet.

✅Panel thickness is 80 mm, made from polyurethane-filled stainless steel panels. PPT ring pipes and nozzles ensure long service life.

✅Thanks to the steam extractor fan, steam is prevented from escaping into the work area. The wash station doors are designed like containers and feature silicone seals. The movable washing platform inside the cabin moves back and forth to wash the materials. Hoses are carried by a mobile support system. Each process has separate pumps and a waste pump for draining liquids from the tanks. The draining pump is connected to the chemical drain tank.

✅Manual spray guns are available for each process for manual applications. The system features a manual pre-treatment mode. Drip time and process duration can be set using the PLC panel. Drip time applies to manual operation.
