The first station processes the products with a contact roller (approx. 55° Shore) using an abrasive belt, removing heavy burrs in the initial step. The second station processes the products with two pairs of counter-rotating cross belts—from above and below. The cross belts round both the inner and outer edges of the parts to be processed. A major advantage is the deburring of products with protective surface film, as only the edges are processed without damaging the film.
