The compaction process takes place without the addition of binding agents—solely via hydraulic pressing force. Depending on the material, the input material volume can be reduced by up to 90%. The standard silo holds approx. 0.5 m³, but larger silos or special containers for installation below an existing extraction and filter system as a complete disposal unit are also available. The chip hopper of the press can be loaded manually, via conveyor belt, via dust extractor, or with a tilting container trolley.
