This numerically controlled machining center comes equipped with a comprehensive range of milling/drilling tools to meet any requirements for processing wood and similar materials.
- Highly efficient, equipped with drilling spindles at 8,000 rpm and the most robust spindle technology available on the market, offering more than 1,000 maintenance-free operating hours.
- Superior and more comprehensively equipped: various configuration options via the multifunction table, allowing the machine to be optimally equipped according to specific requirements.
- Easier and more intuitive programming, thanks to the integrated Maestro CNC CAD/CAM module.

Load-Bearing Structure
The load-bearing structure consists of a particularly robust monolithic steel base, heavily ribbed and very rigid. The especially wide support surface was specially designed to provide the machine with maximum stability, ensuring lasting precision regardless of operating conditions, and does not require anchoring to the floor. The base forms a large and solid support for the moving gantry: the work unit is thus equipped with a balanced, stable, and highly resilient support, capable of withstanding even the most demanding stress loads, leading to improved performance quality and greater accuracy.
The moving gantry is a solid single component anchored to both sides of the base and slides along prismatic guides with recirculating ball shoes of the highest quality. Dual motorization along the X-axis ensures top performance even under heavy-duty operating conditions. Movement of the lower mobile unit (X-axis) and the working unit along the beam of the mobile unit (Y-axis) is achieved via a helical rack and pinion drive. This provides greater tooth-on-tooth engagement, achieving higher acceleration as well as increased speed along the X and Y axes.
The specially designed helical gearing ensures reduced wear of mechanical components and quieter operation. The vertical Z-axis is driven by a recirculating ball screw, ensuring perfect balance under dynamic loads and allowing for strong acceleration and deceleration. The main milling unit is directly coupled to the Z-axis slide, ensuring the finest machining quality by eliminating vibrations.
Movement along X-Y-Z axes is provided by brushless motors, powered by static inverters, delivering:
- Reduced processing times thanks to improved acceleration
- Greater positioning accuracy thanks to high-resolution encoders
- No more reference point setup at machine startup due to absolute encoders
- Eliminated general maintenance for the drive system since the brushless system contains no brushes
