of an aluminum bracket screwdriving machine for RU-CSA-SMB or RU-CSA-SMZD
with RU-SH special screwdriver, support table.
Length 4000 mm, width 1400 mm, tilt angle of the working platform
manually adjustable. Mounting bracket for fitting shears or fitting punch.
16 pivoting counter-holders for suspending sashes, fully pneumatically
foldable for unrestricted movement of the sashes on the table surface.
Device for detecting sash hardware length for constant and
variable/central gear placement for already drilled sashes, visual
size recognition of the fittings.
RU-SH, special screwdriver with pneumatic depth stop mounted on carriage,
safety control system, pneumatic height adjustment,
screw feeder device with automatic container shut-off
(manual feed for a second screw length at the special screwdriver upon request).

RA-8, turret stop for 8 screwing levels mounted on the carriage.

RA-4, turret stop for 4 different sash widths
mounted on the pivoting table.
Sash measurement detection pneumatically operated, detection range up to 2500mm with
simultaneous clamping of the measuring system.

PSF – Pneumatic clamping device for sashes.
Working height adjustable from 900 – 1000 mm.
Support table covered with felt. Guide rail extended to the left by 800 mm.

RU-CSA-SMB aluminum bracket screwdriving machine with automatic
screw feeding and manual feeding of the aluminum brackets from a
mobile box with pneumatic positioning system,
Screwdriver with depth stop with 4-position turret stop.
Pneumatic adjustment in the y-direction against two 6-position
turret stops. Feeder box for manual feeding of rotational or clip brackets
in square form 18.5 x 18.5 mm.
The bracket is manually pushed into a channel in the box and
positioned in front of the screwdriver tip by a pneumatically actuated slide.
Profile depth max. 150 mm, screw spacing in y-direction max. 120 mm.
