Wet Wipes Production Process: Unwinding of nonwoven material from two mother rolls and longitudinal slitting into five lanes per roll (up to wetting) for high-speed production, folding into Z- or C-shape, wetting via multiple spray nozzles, cross-cutting to cloth length, stacking, and transfer to the packaging unit. The flow wrap packaging unit handles wipe feeding, film feeding and printing (hot-stamp printing), hole punching (for tissue dispensing), placement of the resealable label and, for example, a sealing label (the integrated dual-lane labeller enables staggered labelling), pouch cutting/hot sealing, and transfer to the lid unit.
