Our offer consists of 2 complete SANDWICH PANEL PRODUCTION AND BONDING LINES.

The plant is particularly well suited for the production of lightweight laminated panels. The system includes a material feed system (conveyor belt), a cutting unit, a profiling system, and an electronic control system. The machine has an approximate length of 20.0 m, a width of 2.6 m, and a height of 3.0 m, with a total weight of around 4.5 t.
The core material is flame-retardant polystyrene or other lightweight insulation materials. The sheet metal is bonded to the polystyrene by applying glue on both sides under pressure and heat to form a stable composite.
The panels offer excellent physical properties such as thermal and acoustic insulation, moisture resistance, flexural and compressive strength, and robust mechanical characteristics.
The length of the laminated panels is variable and can be set as required by the customer.
