It has never been used and is therefore as good as new. The robots at BMW operated on a rail. For this reason, the controller is equipped with a large additional amplifier, which is included along with the corresponding motor. The motor can be connected directly to the robot itself, allowing for immediate installation on a slide rail. Another special feature of this robot is that a motor is integrated in the shoulder to control a gear pump, enabling precise dosing directly on the robot. The cable length between the robot and the controller is 2x10m, with connectors at the controller. This means 10 meters of cable through, for example, an energy chain on a rail and then an additional pluggable 10 meters to the controller. This is also a notable feature. For this purpose, we would transport the unit from Frankfurt to our facility.
