⭐ The booths can be manufactured from galvanized sheet steel or stainless steel. They can be configured for integration in both automatic and manual systems.

⭐ A platform at the pool provides material and personnel safety, covering the entire pool area.

⭐ The filter-line wet paint booth prevents environmental pollution through the simultaneous use of three different filtration systems.

⭐ Wet paint particles drawn in by a suction fan are captured by a water curtain at the rear of the booth and transferred into the pool.

⭐ Trace amounts of wet paint particles not caught by the water curtain are captured by the separators at the suction channels behind the water curtain; clean air exits via the exhaust.

⭐ The backwash system is applied in the separator section to enhance retention of moist paint particles; the filtration efficiency is maximized by increasing the contact surface area via washing water sprayed through nozzles.

⭐ Paint-contaminated water accumulating in the tank is directed to the pump suction chamber, where it passes through coarse and fine filters to prevent blockage of the pump spray water and to ensure paint particles are retained.

⭐ When the waste water in the pool becomes unusable, it can be drained through the discharge valve located behind the sieves in the extraction compartment.

⭐ Using a paint separation system, the water in the tank is cleaned of paint and can be reused continuously.

⭐ Separated paint residues are dewatered by a filter press and must be disposed of professionally.
