1 used painting line, featuring a circulating conveyor system, manual paint booth for sample work, automatic paint booth equipped with a robot and workpiece rotary holder, reverse osmosis unit for deionized water, paint preparation, and exhaust air treatment.

The system is currently in operation on a two-shift basis for serial production.

Manual loading and unloading onto a conveyor belt; the remainder of the process is fully automated.

Change as of 18.7.25:
Dismantling to be carried out by the buyer at the Lohr facility starting September 2025. All costs for dismantling, as well as for packaging, collection, and transport to the buyer’s site (FCA), are to be borne by the buyer. The area must be completely cleared for installation of new production machinery by mid-January 2026 at the latest.

Due to the high complexity of dismantling, early and careful planning with the responsible dismantling contractor is mandatory. Timely contact and/or site visit at the factory is also recommended. Further information can be found in the attached handout.
