Use of a photoelectric cell
The use of a photoelectric cell within the workpiece zone allows you to measure the length of the workpiece and thus enables the activation of the spray guns when the object is within range, and the immediate deactivation of the gun upon completion of the workpiece. The photoelectric cell is included as standard equipment.

Identification of details using dedicated tags
An identification plate with perforated holes is placed on the hanger. Based on this, the PLC controller, working in conjunction with the photoelectric cell, identifies the coated item, activates and deactivates the guns at the appropriate time, thereby conserving energy and powder consumption.

Vertical detection of workpiece features
By employing light gates with horizontal sensors, the PLC can analyze the vertical profile of the workpiece. The PLC calculates the timing for when the item enters the spray booth, enabling targeted activation or deactivation of the guns.

Application of light gates with multiple sensors horizontally and vertically
This solution enables precise measurement of the workpiece dimensions, which also allows adjustment of the manipulators.

The benefits of using photoelectric cells or light gates are, above all, savings in energy and powder. This approach eliminates painting in zones with no items present. With the use of light gates, precise gun control is ensured. Our lines can optionally be equipped with either photoelectric cells or light gates.
