The automatic car wash is a solution that allows you to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase the efficiency of the surface preparation process.

The automatic car wash system is equipped with a set of spray pumps. It is designed to ensure that after the migration of the process fluid to subsequent steps, as little liquid as possible remains, thereby saving money and improving washing quality.
This is particularly important, because apparent savings in systems that do not use these solutions can lead to much higher future costs related to chemicals and waste disposal, which will inevitably be higher. Attention should also be paid to potential issues in maintaining the required bath parameters.

Research and development have enabled us to create a car wash system with an optional detail-drying function, using hot air blown by a series of fans at the end of the washing cycle.

The car wash is equipped with an advanced system for creating custom macro programs, each consisting of up to 10 steps per tank, depending on the number of tanks. Processes can be repeated, reordered, etc.

Each tank has its own icon and name, allowing for intuitive operator interaction.

Optionally, tanks can be fitted with replenishment systems that can refill between processes or at the end of a cycle, for example.
