The machine was built in 1988 and completely overhauled in 2012. During the overhaul, the machine was converted for polishing applications and has since only polished around 10,000 parts. Following that, the machine was taken out of operation. As part of the complete overhaul, all motors, bearings, and the entire control cabinet, including frequency converters, were replaced with new components. The machine is suitable for both wet grinding and polishing. Laedpfx Alspugwis Nsa A wastewater treatment unit, including pumps, is currently not available. However, we can retrofit this as per customer requirements. The conveyor systems (roller conveyors) between the grinding stations must also be retrofitted to suit your workpieces. The machine can process tube diameters from 10 mm to 160 mm. The grinding/polishing motors offer a power output of 7.5 kW per station.
