The Ceetec A250 is a medium-sized machine in the series of coating machines, making it an ideal choice for use in industrial and manufacturing facilities such as paint shops, joineries, sawmills, or building material depots offering cladding boards, decking, soffits, structural timber, and similar products.

The machine is most commonly operated in manual mode, meaning that the workpieces are fed in and removed by hand. Wooden elements are transported horizontally through the machine via an automatic feed system. The Ceetec A250 ensures high-quality finishing thanks to 8 rotary brushes, each of which can be individually adjusted. Excess paint is recirculated in a closed circuit through a filter and back to the tank. The closed system ensures optimal paint utilization. The unit is delivered complete with brushes and a bag filter, making it ready for operation after connection to the power supply. As a standard machine, the Ceetec A250 is held in stock and can usually be delivered at short notice.

A-series brush coaters are easy to keep clean. All consumable parts, which may wear naturally over time, are available from our warehouses, ensuring excellent availability and quick delivery. Thanks to the modular construction of the machines, the operator of the coater can generally manage most replacement tasks independently.

Optional equipment includes various types of brushes, bag filters in different mesh sizes, roller tables, and painting trolleys.

When processing raw (unfinished) wood, it is advisable to install a cleaning unit before the machine to remove dust and wood shavings. The device is designed for use with water-based products.
