Wherever a solid, simple yet exceptionally well-equipped machine is needed, the DuoFlex Spray Surface Spraying System comes into play.

Painting can be so easy when you not only have a robust, long-lasting spraying machine (made in Denmark, electronic components from Germany (Beckhoff, etc.)), but above all one that puts you, the operator, at the center: Everything is intuitive and easy to use, while still offering functions you would look for in vain on other machines, or only find in far higher price ranges.

2. System capacity just 2.5–3L of paint/lacquer
3. Suitable for both solvent-based and water-based coatings
4. Two 100% separate circuits: For water/solvent or clearcoat/color lacquer
5. Maximum reproducibility: Thanks to smart programs where ALL important parameters are saved automatically.
6. Easy to learn: After 4-6 hours of training, even a baker can spray better than a manual coater with 10 years of experience.
7. Modular expandability: Drying system, sanding machine, pre-heating, robotic mechanization—all from a single source.
8. Service: We know our field. Our owner worked nearly 10 years as a coatings manager and brings this hands-on expertise to your advantage even after the purchase. The machines are extremely robust and durable; if service is ever needed, we keep a well-stocked spare parts inventory in Germany and Denmark.

Processing dimensions of the DuoFlex Spray Coating Machine:

1. Standard: 1,300 mm width and 200 mm height
2. Larger: 1,800 mm width and 200 mm height
3. Up to: 3,200 mm width and 330 mm height

Length: From 250 mm to virtually unlimited. If you need to coat glulam ceiling elements 16, 18, or 20 meters in length, we will simply tailor the mechanization to your needs.
