The machine was operated with 330 ml bottles at a rate of 43,200 bottles per hour, and is designed for up to 50,000 bottles per hour in this format. The filling system is still installed, has been out of operation since September 2025, and can be inspected upon request. The machine has 48,121 operating hours. Regular maintenance has been carried out (two overhauls per year), with the most recent overhaul performed in week 4/2025. Other than the replacement of obsolete components, no upgrades have been made. It is a Krones Mecafill VK2V K126-308 with 96 filling valves and 18 capping heads for crown caps. The filler has been continuously upgraded with new technology, including a Siemens S7-300 control system (2009) and a retrofitted Krones capper (2004). It is suitable for beer, cider, soft drinks, cocktails, lemonade, carbonated and still water. The machine is still in production (as seen in the video) and will be dismantled by the end of September 2025. Spare parts from the warehouse are included in the scope of delivery.
