Overview This isobaric glass bottle filler was manufactured by the German company Krones in 1986-87 and was commissioned in 1988. It is a Krones Mecafill VK2V K126-308 with 96 filling valves and 18 capping heads for crown cork closures. The filler has been continuously upgraded with new technology, including a Siemens S7-300 control system (retrofitted in 2009) and a retrofitted Krones capper (2004). It is suitable for beer, cider, soft drinks, cocktails, lemonade, carbonated, and still water. The machine is still in operation (as seen in the video) and will be dismantled by the end of September 2025. Spare parts from stock are included in the scope of supply.
