Overview

This Krones Sensometic beer bottling line was manufactured in 1998 and was previously installed in a high-capacity beverage filling plant. The machine is designed for isobaric beer filling and is equipped with 77 filling valves, enabling high-throughput production. The bottling line is configured as a filling and capping block and includes two capping units: one for screw caps and one for crown corks. Both capping systems are equipped with 12 capping heads, and the cap sorting systems are integrated into the machine. With a design capacity of approx. 33,000 bottles per hour, the machine is suitable for large-scale reusable glass bottling operations. The system supports a wide range of bottle formats commonly used in the brewing industry.
