Operating Principle
Processing of construction timber for chalet construction / log house manufacturing
The beams can be processed in a single pass

• Cutting to length
• Horizontal and vertical milling of tenons / grooves in a single clamping
• Drilling
• Milling of end grooves

Workpiece:

• Max. cutting height: 200 mm
• Max. cutting width: 250 mm

Robust welded construction design.
Machine (horizontal and vertical milling unit) with 4 special milling motors,
equipped with hardened and ground guides for maximum machining precision.
Carriage guided by dust-protected and preloaded ball bearing rollers.

Working area up to 200 x 250 mm. Fully operational, with contactor control,
motors protected by thermal relays.
Electrical equipment for 380 V, 50 Hz, with protective covers,
central connection for on-site chip extraction, with 2 eccentric clamps,
without milling tools (rebate heads).
With hydro-pneumatic horizontal and vertical feed, electrically controlled,
operating together with spindle motor start-up.
Rapid traverse and feed are steplessly adjustable. Fully wired and installed, including air maintenance unit.

Beams with a thickness of more than 14 cm must be processed in two clamping steps.
Such beams must be repositioned for re-milling to account for the excess thickness.
Safety covers over moving parts with gas strut weight compensation.
