Operating Principle:
Processing of timber for chalet / log house construction.

Beams can be processed in a single pass
- Cross-cutting
- Horizontal and vertical milling of tenons/grooves in a single clamping
- Drilling
- Cutting the end grooves

Workpiece capacity:
- Maximum cutting height: 200 mm
- Maximum cutting width: 250 mm

Sturdy construction with welded frame.
Machine (horizontal and vertical milling units) equipped with 4 special milling motors,
with hardened and ground guideways for maximum machining precision.
Carriage guidance via dust-protected and preloaded ball-bearing rollers.

Working range up to 200 x 250 mm. Fully operational, with contactor control,
Motors protected by thermal relay.
Electrical equipment for 380 V, 50 Hz, with protective covers,
Central connection for customer-side chip extraction, with 2 eccentric clamps,
without milling tools (groovers).

With hydropneumatic horizontal and vertical feed, electrically controlled,
synchronized with the start of the milling motors.
Rapid traverse and feed rate steplessly adjustable. Fully wired and installed, including air maintenance unit.
Timbers thicker than 14 cm must be processed in two passes.
