The abrasive media is collected by hand after blasting and pushed into the collection hopper at the bottom. The abrasive vacuum extracts the media from the hopper and draws it through the cyclone separator. During this process, dust is extracted and collected in the vacuum's dust container. Coarse particles are separated out via a screen.
The cleaned abrasive falls back into the vented pressure blasting vessel and is available for reuse.
Our SAPI safety shut-off ensures a safe and economical blasting process. The remote control enables starting and stopping of the blast vessel with a hand lever mounted on the blasting hose assembly.

Our mobile 20-foot Sapi paint containers are constructed with a robust steel frame and welded wall and ceiling panels. Inside, we can integrate special equipment such as cranes or lifting devices. The floor is made of checker plate. Both door leaves are fitted with ventilation grilles equipped with fine-pored filter mats. For safety reasons, one leaf serves as an emergency exit and is equipped with a viewing window. It should be noted that these are not simply converted shipping containers! We manufacture all our containers from scratch. Only the most durable materials are used, meeting all requirements and certified to comply with safety standards. Standard shipping containers would not meet the necessary safety specifications.

The bucket elevator, which is firmly connected to the blasting cabinet, allows even the heaviest media types, such as stainless steel shot, steel cast grit, and other metallic abrasives, to be used without issue. Unlike competing systems, the abrasive is not vacuumed back but transported to the adjacent bucket elevator using a flat conveyor system. The bucket elevator lifts the material upwards and deposits it into the cyclone separator, where the blasting media is cleaned and returned to the blasting process. Our specially developed blasting media recirculation and recycling system ensures continuous abrasive supply regardless of the extraction system’s suction capacity.
Thanks to the recirculation system for blasting media and innovative fan technology, the blasting cabinet features very low energy consumption (0.75 kW fan motor). Because the abrasive is not vacuumed back, there is no need for an oversized dust extraction system with high power consumption, as is required by many competing systems.
For maximum blasting performance, the "MM 2010" pressure blasting cabinet is equipped with a 60-liter pressure vessel. Mobile spray booths in container design for painting and coating various objects. They are specially designed for mobility, making them easy to transport and set up at different job sites. The booth is typically equipped with a ventilation system to ensure air quality, lighting, and a filtration system that prevents the escape of paint mist.
The ventilation system ensures that the vapors and particles released during painting are contained within the booth, posing no danger to the surrounding environment.
Mobile spray booths are a practical and flexible solution for companies that require a relocatable and efficient painting system, which can be transported from one site to another as needed.
Overview of Design and Features
Our mobile 20-foot Sapi spray containers consist of a robust steel frame with welded wall and ceiling panels. Inside, we can add special equipment such as cranes or lifting devices. The flooring is made from checker plate. Both door wings feature ventilation grilles equipped with fine-pore filter mats. For safety, one door wing is designed as an escape door and fitted with a viewing window. Notably, these are not simply converted shipping containers! We manufacture all our containers from scratch, using only the most durable materials that meet requirements and have been tested and proven to comply with safety standards. Standard shipping containers would not meet the necessary safety standards.
Paint Mist Extraction System in the Mobile Spray Container
The paint mist extraction wall is mounted in front of the rear wall for the separation of overspray, and is fitted with multi-layer filter mats. The extraction wall consists of a galvanized housing, bent with baffle plates, including various suspension and mounting elements for filter installation. On the container’s exterior, at the rear wall, a powerful and explosion-proof extraction fan with a drive motor is installed on a console.

The consideration of new coating systems such as water-based paints, polyurethane resins, epoxy zinc dust, or epoxy iron mica paints poses significant demands on conventional spray booths. That’s why we have developed a new and unique mobile spray booth for the next generation of coating solutions.
