Process Description:

The wet blasting technique has proven itself over several decades as an extremely effective and high-performance cleaning system.

The ET 6600 is a rotary table wet blasting machine based on the centrifugal wheel system, specifically designed for removing contaminants such as oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, paint, or other organic residues from components. The standard configuration of the system includes a process chamber, two centrifugal wheels, a spray nozzle/blow-off manifold, and a rotary table that rotates the components in front of the centrifugal wheels and spray nozzle/blow-off manifold. This allows all relevant areas of the components to be processed in a multi-stage operation (blasting + washing + rinsing + drying).

Various workpieces contaminated with oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, or other residues

Primarily metallic workpieces, but mineral or plastic components can also be processed
