Includes: Cross-cutting unit (Pos. A), Tenon and slot spindle (Pos. C), Transfer belt (Pos. I), Profiling spindle (Pos. L), Profiling spindle (Pos. N), Vertical profiling unit right (Pos. P)
For the production of individual parts and elements in frame-based or serial manufacturing processes.
Consists of a cross-processing unit and a longitudinal processing unit, connected by a transfer belt.
Working width: 40–140 mm (see pressure guide left 40–140 mm)
Working height: 40–120 mm
Workpiece length min.: approx. 275 mm + 1 x end profile length
Longitudinal processing: approx. 220 mm + 2 x end profile length
Workpiece length max.: 3500 mm
Workpiece dimensions are dependent on machine configuration, manufacturing method, and tool assignment. Final definition of the part dimensions is only possible after receipt, review, and approval of the complete and finalized tool layout drawings.
Cross-machining:
Table feed motor power: 0.3 kW (0.4 HP)
Pre-set feed speed during cutting, profiling, and return: 3–25 m/min
Vario table with (studio window production possible)
The clamping length of all tenon and slot spindles can be used without tool changeover slots.
Workpiece clamping by means of a clamping bridge.
Operated by clamping cylinders mounted under the table.
Length stop NC controlled, mounted on the slotting table.
Studio window device swivel angle max.: +/- 75°
The minimum workpiece length for angled windows depends on the angle and the wood width.
Possible part dimensions when manufacturing angled windows:
