The INDUSTRY 2.0 ATC series differs from the standard series due to the use of best-in-class, highly precise motors and drive gearboxes, which significantly enhance the machine’s processing capabilities and make it the most industrialized series in this price category.

The INDUSTRY 2.0 ATC series CNC milling machine, with a working area of 2100 x 4000 mm and a Z-axis clearance of 300 mm, is equipped with a 9 kW electrospindle operating at 24,000 rpm on ceramic bearings. The machine’s worktable is manufactured using hybrid technology – it features vacuum zones and subzones that enable automatic, non-invasive clamping of the processed material, as well as T-slot grooves that allow manual clamping of irregularly shaped workpieces.

ATC – The machine includes a linear automatic tool changer with a capacity of 8 tools. The automatic knife/tool changer eliminates the need for manual tool swapping by the operator. The machine can perform a wide range of operations within a single process, such as surfacing, milling, and drilling with different tools.

Reinforced HEAVY DUTY construction – the machine body is made from profiles with a wall thickness of up to 10 mm. The entire frame is welded, then stress-relieved under special conditions, and finally milled. This manufacturing process delivers excellent results in terms of rigidity, stability, and vibration resistance.
