Machine Description

1. Work Table
- Sectional vacuum table with four independent vacuum zones, made of rigid and durable HPL panels.
- Each section has ports connected to a vacuum pump via a piping system.
- Main vacuum table ports are fitted with caps, enabling secure clamping of various material formats.

2. HQD Spindle
- High-end brushless spindle from a renowned manufacturer, rated at 9 kW, powered through an inverter with overload protection.
- The milling electrospindle is equipped with an innovative AIR cooling system.

3. Drive System
- Energy-efficient, high-grade 1500W Leadshine servo drives with high holding torque (dual on Y axis) controlled by the digital NK-105 G3 controller ensure excellent machining quality while maintaining high working speeds in all axes.
- Brushless servo motors driving the X and Y axes transmit power via premium planetary gearboxes.
- The Z axis, where positioning precision is critical, is driven by a reinforced ball screw.
- The gantry movement along X and Y axes utilizes HIWIN linear rails and helical rack and pinion gears, made from high-quality, hardened, and tempered steel, guaranteeing long-term, trouble-free operation.

4. Construction
- The moving gantry is cast iron, providing exceptional rigidity and excellent vibration damping during machining operations.

5. Tool Magazine (8 tools) + Tool Measurement Sensor
- The machine comes with an 8-position linear tool magazine, ISO30 cones, and ER32 collets.
- Included tool holders: ISO30 and collets for tool diameters:
1/2" - 6 pcs; 1/8" - 2 pcs; 3-4mm - 2 pcs; 5-6mm - 4 pcs; 7-8mm - 2 pcs; 9-10mm - 2 pcs.

6. Vacuum Pump and Suction Shoe (option)
- The pneumatically actuated suction shoe, mounted at the spindle, allows connection to any chip extraction system, ensuring a clean work environment, safety, and precise operation.
