Extended cutting height for single-side tilting
This option is for single-side tilting and comes with a large extraction hood for a max. saw blade diameter of 550 mm and a saw blade projection of max. 204 mm. In combination with a scoring unit, the max. saw blade diameter is 500 mm, respectively 179 mm cutting height. Only available with at least 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) motor power.

2-axis scoring unit for single-side tilting
With electromotive height and lateral adjustment, programmable scoring blade height with quick lowering and raising, drive motor 0.75 kW (1 HP), 8,200 rpm. Retrofitting only possible on machines prepared for scoring unit installation.

LED lighting
Highly energy-efficient LED technology makes the hazardous area of the scorer clearly visible.

The Altendorf double roller carriage is renowned for its smooth operation and precision. It can be infinitely locked in any position. The large double rollers, precision-manufactured from hardened steel, ensure perfect guidance of the top carriage to the bottom carriage via hard-chromed guide rods. This running quality is maintained even under decades of operation and exposure to dust. The carriage is built as an extremely torsion- and shape-resistant multi-chamber system. The table surface is precisely planed and anodized. A hard-chromed round bar, integrated flush with the top carriage, serves as a support for the cross-slide and as an interface for various accessories. The complete unit is low-maintenance and does not require lubrication.

On/off switch on the double roller carriage
The on/off switch is always within easy reach on the double roller carriage. With four buttons, both the main saw blade and the scorer can be switched on and off, saving steps and increasing safety.

Angle mitre fence, cross cuts up to 3,500 mm
This ALTENDORF-patented fence with integrated length compensation makes precise angle and mitre cuts in one operation much easier. In both positions, the swivelling angle is infinitely adjustable up to 49° and displayed via scale. The play-free and robust stop flaps can be easily shifted and set as individual flaps across the entire range up to max. 3,500 mm.
