GENERAL FEATURES
CNC-controlled drilling and milling center in frame design with work table equipped with adjustable workpiece supports and vacuum suction pads, suitable for:
- Vertical drilling on the panel surface
- Horizontal drilling on all four panel sides
- Groove milling with disc cutter in the X direction
- General milling operations

Self-supporting structure and work table: Steel welded frame construction with the control cabinet integrated into the machine frame. Available in two different lengths and with standard workpiece supports or optionally different support carriers.
Box-type construction made from cold-rolled steel with internal reinforcement ribs, protective covers with component group consisting of a drilling head with vertical and horizontal spindles, integrated grooving and saw unit, and an SCM electrospindle with quick-change tool system type HSK 63 F.

Travel paths of the portal and support carrier: Movement in the X, Y, and Z axes takes place on linear prismatic recirculating ball guides with preloaded bearings. Movement transmission of the X-axis (moving stand) is via a preloaded, backlash-free rack-and-pinion drive with helical gears. Movement of the support carrier in Y and Z directions is via preloaded ball screws. Positioning of the working units and machine functions is managed by "brushless" AC servomotors and digital drives.
