AL-KO AST 1.5 BASIC

The AL-KO Grinding Table AST 1.5 BASIC is the entry-level model in the AL-KO grinding table range. It is certified according to GS-HO-11 and bears the “Wood Dust Tested according to BGI 739-1” seal. This makes it suitable for manual sanding work as well as for processing workpieces with hand-held power tools. The grinding table is made of galvanized sheet steel. The extraction tray is aerodynamically optimized. Thanks to the funnel-shaped design of the tray with an integrated air duct, the airflow is specifically directed towards the suction connection. Connection to an on-site extraction system can be made via either a 140 mm or a 160 mm diameter port, depending on the required extraction capacity. The folded edges on both long sides of the working surface also allow for end-face machining of workpieces. The extraction grids are aerodynamically aligned with the suction port, ensuring optimal extraction performance. For cleaning tasks inside the grinding table, the slatted beechwood deck can be removed and the air duct can be detached by loosening just a few screws. The grinding table is delivered pre-assembled; only the legs need to be attached and adjusted to the required working height.
