6 ATS Workpiece Supports – 18 Module Carriers
— 6 aluminum workpiece supports. Guidance of the workpiece supports via linear guides with recirculating ball carriages. Clamping on the front and rear linear guides using pneumatic cylinders. Clamping is released by a push button mounted on the front of the workpiece support.
— 18 module carriers 132 x 132 x H 41.5 mm with independent pneumatic clamping. Vacuum modules can be rotated in 15° increments on the module carriers – an ideal solution for shaped parts.
— 18 locks for module carriers without template.

SA (Set-Up Assistant) Worktable for worktables up to 1550 mm.
Supported manual positioning system with travel direction indicator and position indicator.
— Sensors on each worktable and along the X axis of the working area.
— Display of travel direction and achieved position for the carriage during the positioning phase, mounted on each worktable.
The system, according to the worktable programming, suggests to the operator the movement direction of each worktable and carriage, and signals the achieved position with a green LED and beep, with a tolerance of +/- 1.5 mm.

Division of the pneumatic system into 2 working areas in X

Machining unit with 5 interpolating axes, 13 kWp (17.4 HP), with HSK F63 adapter, liquid-cooled – 20,000 rpm

Suction hood with 12 NC-controlled positions for electrospindle with 5 axes.
