1. General Plant Description
This production line is a window and door manufacturing line of the type Windor 60/100 by SCM Group, year of manufacture 2005.
It is a CNC-controlled angular processing centre designed for industrial machining of frame and sash components. The system is engineered for series production, enabling precise and reproducible machining through integrated process steps.

2. Main Components of the System
2.1 Angular Processing Centre SCM Windor 60/100
The SCM Windor 60/100 features a modular design and is constructed as an angular system. Machining takes place on a tenoning side and a profiling side arranged at right angles to one another.
The plant combines multiple operations such as milling, drilling, grooving, rebating, and tenoning in a continuous CNC-controlled process.

2.2 Fleximat Drilling Centre
The Fleximat drilling centre is integrated into the system and serves for the precise drilling of joints and hardware fittings.
Machining is CNC-controlled with vertical and horizontal drilling units.

2.3 Profiler Centre
The profiler centre is designed for profile milling operations, consisting of two processing sides:

Right Side:
* Lifting spindle with height adjustment
* For variable profile and contour processing

Left Side:
* 24-position tool changer
* Automatic tool change to minimise setup times
* Suitable for complex profile milling tasks

2.4 Löwer Surface Sander
A surface sanding machine from Löwer is integrated into the production line.
The machine is used exclusively for surface sanding and improves the surface quality of the machined components.

3. Control, Operation, and Safety
The plant is equipped with a CNC control system, which manages all machining sequences, tool changes, as well as feed and spindle movements.
Operation is semi- or fully-automated by trained specialist personnel.

The safety features correspond to the state of the art at the time of installation (year 2005) and include in particular:
* Mechanical safety guards and enclosures
* Emergency stop devices
* Safety interlocks on moving machine parts

4. Optional Expansion: SCM Topset XL Planer (10-spindle)
For expansion of the existing machinery, installation of a 10-spindle SCM Topset XL planer is intended.
The machine will be operated as a stand-alone processing station at a separate location within the production hall and will not be directly connected to the CNC control of the Windor system.

The system is available and can be dismantled at any time. Dismantling and transport are to be organised by the buyer.
