With this device, you can mill steps and risers very precisely and accurately.
The hand crank even allows you to process curved end faces; you can also use it for milling cutouts in other panel materials, for example, kitchen worktops.
Equipped with hardened guide shafts, on which the cross slide with the router is mounted.
With ball bearing guide bushings, allowing the device to be moved very easily, accurately, and safely.
The machine can be securely clamped to the stringer or similar workpieces with 4 screw clamps.
The cross slide features two stops each for both longitudinal and transverse directions.
Comes with two positioning angles.
Includes user manual, tools, and all accessories.
The milling travel in the longitudinal direction is 750 mm; in the transverse direction, the milling travel has been increased from 75 mm to 320 mm, which has significantly expanded the possible uses of the machine.
To increase the milling travel, a new base frame made of aluminum profiles had to be built.
The modification work was carried out by a reputable mechanical engineering company.
