With automatic pressing cycle + manual control for corner joints (tenon & mortise and dowel joint/mortised tenon), switchable via selector switch on the control cabinet.
Comes standard ready for optional use of counter profiles if sashes are folded on the loose part.

Base machine in heavy-duty welded frame construction with thick-walled special hollow profiles.
Guide rails for pressing beams at the press corners in wear-resistant, machined design.

Fast, smooth, manual width adjustment via ball-bearing mounted carriage; fixable in 50 mm grid, optionally motorized width adjustment with hydraulic clamping (at extra charge).

Height adjustment and pressing by long-stroke cylinders in one operating cycle. Right press corners with integrated horizontal cylinders, thus no vertical positioning of horizontal pressing cylinders necessary, preventing cylinder collisions.
Lower abutment adjustable to optimal insertion height in several positions.

3 kW compact hydraulic unit with integrated control block, variable pressure regulation 20-120 bar, pressure gauge.

Control via pushbutton with separate circuits for vertical and horizontal pressing cylinders, mounted on mobile operating desk.
