Complete dumpling/knödel production line

The line can be inspected in Stavenhagen, Germany. The installation is still fully operational and connected to power, allowing for a demonstration.

The line is complete and starts with the storage of potato flakes. These are then mixed in the correct proportion. The system can also process other raw materials, such as bread dough or alternative ingredients. An additional big bag station is available for this purpose.
After mixing, the product is weighed and further blended, after which it is conveyed to the Rheon forming machines.
The Rheon machines shape the product; if desired, a filling can also be introduced internally. The shaped product then moves to the breading drum, and is subsequently transferred to the blast freezer, where the exterior is hardened to ensure proper packaging.
After freezing, the product is weighed using a multihead weigher and packed into doypack pouches.
Next, it passes through the pasteurization tunnel to ensure a longer shelf life, after which it is air-dried.
Finally, a weight and metal check is performed, after which the products are automatically packed into boxes via a repacking machine. The boxes are then automatically palletized, making the products ready for transport.
