This is an UltraVent hood from the premium manufacturer Rational, model UV 201/E, compatible with combi steamers SCC, CMP 201 from 10/2011 up to the latest model series (index H and I), including connection kit. The hood has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.
