With the double mitre saw DGL200E, we offer you a reliable quality product from our range of precision double mitre saws, so that you can supply your customers with flawless high-quality construction elements. Cutting lengths can be uploaded to the control system of this double-head mitre saw via network or USB connection, or entered manually via the keyboard. Special software solutions enable automatic positioning for cross cuts, overlengths or short dimensions, allowing processing of lengths outside the machine’s cutting range. An optimisation program with offcut management helps to minimise waste, thus reducing costs and ensuring sustainable use of valuable materials such as aluminium, plastic, or wood. A thermal label printer with dispenser, ergonomically positioned directly beneath the control terminal, enables efficient labelling of finished parts. Good and controlled offcut removal of the base machine can optionally be supplemented with a conveyor belt system.
