The PORĘBA TR-135 lathe is a universal machine tool designed for both rough and precision machining. It is particularly well-suited for turning shafts and heavy, large-size workpieces. The offered machine is currently undergoing a complete overhaul – the last photo shows its current stage. The remaining images display TR-series lathes after full refurbishments carried out by our company and delivered to end users – these serve as a reference for the target quality and workmanship standard. Dieses Profil ist weit verbreitet und bei Unternehmen, die sich mit Herstellung, Montage und Vertrieb von Metallzäunen beschäftigen, sehr beliebt. Die Profilproduktion erfolgt schrittweise: Zunächst werden an den Kanten des Flachmetalls Bördelungen geformt, anschließend entstehen die Profilhöhe und die halbrunde Form. Im letzten Umformstadium wird eine Mittelrippe im Profil ausgearbeitet. Diese Anzahl an Umformschritten gewährleistet einen sanften Blechwechsel während des Walzens sowie eine hohe Qualität des Endprodukts. Als Ausgangsmaterial kann ein entsprechend breiter und langer Blechstreifen verwendet werden, der zuvor auf einer anderen Maschine vorgeschnitten wird – etwa auf einer Blechschlitzanlage oder einer Tafelschere. Nach dem Profilieren kann das Zaunlattenende mit einer speziell von uns gefertigten Stanzpresse optisch aufgewertet werden. Die Werkzeuge dieser Presse verfügen über eine spezielle Rundgeometrie und sind exakt auf die halbrunde Zaunlattenform abgestimmt, um einen optimalen Schnitt zu erzielen.
