The line remains connected to the power supply, allowing buyers to perform direct testing on-site. SIDEL developed the system in 2006 for processing PET bottles from 350 ml up to 1.5 liters. As a result, the line maintains high productivity and flexibility.
General line information
This pre-owned SIDEL bottling line for still water in PET bottles processes up to 25,200 bottles per hour. Specifically, bottles with a 30/25-neck finish are used, corresponding to the industry standard. SIDEL equipped the line with an SB014 blow-molding machine featuring 14 cavities. In addition, the filling-capping monoblock includes 40 filling valves and 10 capping heads, making it suitable for still products.

Key installed equipment
The series includes, among others, an AF high-pressure compressor (model CE46A) and a Fusheng low-pressure compressor (model SA110A). Moreover, a BAC cooling tower effectively controls process temperatures. The SIDEL SB014 blow molder, which includes a hopper, feeder, and deduster, is directly connected to the SIDEL SFGL40/10 filler. This set-up ensures optimal efficiency throughout all stages of the plant.
Labelling and packaging
SIDEL has integrated a Rollquattro labelling machine, which applies wrap-around roll-fed labels with precision. In addition, a shrink tunnel packages stable multipacks using plastic film. The VANTA WSD-B350 case packer, built in 2011, processes up to 35 cartons per minute. Automated palletizing completes the end-of-line phase and prepares products for shipping.
Conveying technology and internal logistics
Throughout production, the conveying system is equipped with conveyors built by SIDEL, ensuring uninterrupted flow from blow molder to palletizer. Thanks to this high level of automation, the system reduces manual intervention and boosts consistency. Unlike fragmented setups, this configuration improves operational control and minimizes downtime.
